Is projector fan noise normal?

Yes. Air-cooled projectors normally produce some fan and airflow noise during operation. The expected level varies by model and operating mode.

Why does my projector suddenly become louder?

Increased fan activity can result from higher internal temperature, warmer room conditions, a different operating mode or increased cooling demand.

Does ECO mode make a projector quieter?

It may on some projector models because reduced light output can lower thermal load, but actual fan behavior is model-specific.

Why is high altitude mode louder?
