The SMX MX-LS5800W is designed for classrooms, conference rooms, training centers and professional presentation environments, combining 3LCD display technology with flexible optical adjustment, image correction and professional AV connectivity.
Designed for everyday professional presentation environments, the MX-LS5800W combines a 16:10 WXGA image format with flexible optical positioning and practical AV integration. Its wide zoom range, vertical and horizontal lens shift, image correction and network-control capabilities simplify installation across different room layouts.
With 5800 lumens of brightness, the MX-LS5800W is designed for presentations in classrooms, meeting rooms and training environments where some ambient light may be present. Its 3LCD imaging system uses three LCD panels to produce the red, green and blue image components for balanced color presentation.
A 1.08–1.76:1 throw-ratio range combined with 1.6× optical zoom gives installers more flexibility when matching projection distance to different screen sizes and room dimensions.

Manual lens shift allows the projected image position to be adjusted optically without requiring the projector lens to be perfectly aligned with the center of the screen. This provides additional flexibility for ceiling mounts, existing installation points and rooms with positioning constraints.
Vertical and horizontal keystone correction helps compensate for angled projector placement, while 4-corner correction provides additional control over individual image corners for more accurate alignment with the projection surface.
Multiple digital, analog, USB and control interfaces allow the projector to connect with presentation computers, media sources and professional AV control systems.
